As long as what you have ordered is in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 3 – 5 working days.  We will advise you via email if there is to be any longer delay due to production issues that may slow things down from time to time.

Retail customers will see delivery charges at checkout.  We use Royal Mail services – large letter or small parcel – for UK destinations.  For European & Rest of the World  destinations we use Royal Mail international standard small parcel services. The Royal Mail World Zones page is a great reference for countries and zones.

UK trade customers will qualify for free shipping if their order exceeds £114 excluding VAT.  Below that level, we will charge shipping at cost using the best available method – either Royal Mail or courier.
